What information do I need to provide when making enquiries?

By including all of the info below we can deal with enquiries more efficiently:

  • Name of the client;

  • Date that the services are required for;

  • Time that the client needs to be ready for; (we recommend an hour before the ceremony)

  • Venue where our services are required;

  • Services required (i.e. hairstyling, makeup or both) and for how many people; and

  • Any other important information we should be made aware of

What are your bridal prices for makeup?

On enquiry, we will provide you with a fully detailed quote

How do I secure my booking?

A 20% deposit is required to secure our availability on the agreed date and time.  The deposit is deducted from the final amount due. Enquiries for which a deposit has not been paid are not confirmed and therefore our availability cannot be guaranteed.

What is your cancellation policy?

For wedding bookings the deposit will be refunded if we are notified of the cancellation 12 weeks or more before the wedding date, the deposit will be retained if less than 12 weeks notice is given.

When and why should I have my trial?

This really is down to what suits you best.  Most brides have their trial 3 to 6 month in advance of the wedding, but we have done trials for brides in the week before their wedding also as everyone’s circumstances and needs are different. The important thing is that pictures are taken and filed and products used are documented to ensure that your chosen look is perfectly recreated on the big day.

Makeup trials usually take approximately 1 hour 30 minutes, and this is usually the same for hair. 

Do you provide me with a schedule for the morning of the wedding?

Yes.  We will be in touch in the weeks before the wedding to provide you with a detailed timing schedule for the morning of your wedding.  We strongly advise that he schedule is adhered to as time disappears quickly on the day.  We also recommend that the bride has finished in hair and makeup 1 hour before she plans to leave for her wedding.  That way you will have time to dress and take care of any lastminute details like having a glass of bubbly, photos, exchanging gifts etc 

What is your policy regarding makeup and/or hair for young member of the wedding party?

Of course all members of the bridal parry want to feel special and included in the wedding preparations, therefore we are happy to provide a mini-makeover for the younger members of the bridal party (junior bridesmaids, flowergirls) under the age of 11 years old.  This will include a little blusher, lipgloss and a little shimmer on the eye only.  If you would like your younger members to have a full makeup service, (foundation etc) then full bridesmaid price will apply.

We are also happy to provide complimentary hairstyling for flowergirls up to 5 years old. This will be up to 10 minutes of hairstyling per youngster.
